The Leff residence was designed with the client's extensive art collection in mind. The four-story brownstone is on a narrow lot, motivating Matthew to open up the parlor level to allow for maximum light penetration. For the top floor, where the master bath and bedroom reside, the owner chose a brilliant palette and two large skylights to illuminate the space.
